Salary Range: CAD $22 to $28 per hour depending on structure and experience

NtongoCARE provides non-medical home care support for seniors, adults with disabilities, post-hospital clients, family caregivers, and people who need safe, dignified support at home.
The role
We are hiring compassionate and dependable PSWs to support clients with personal care, mobility, daily routines, companionship, dementia-related support, respite care, and overnight support where required.
You may be a strong fit if you
- Have PSW training, recognized care experience, or equivalent role readiness
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, families, and supervisors.
- Protect privacy and follow care instructions carefully.
- Can support personal care and mobility needs safely within your role scope.
- Are reliable, punctual, calm, and professional in a home setting.
Requirements
- Proof of legal eligibility to work in Canada.
- PSW certificate/diploma or relevant caregiver experience.
- Two to three professional references.
- Two to three professional references.
- First Aid/CPR and vaccination documentation where required by assignment, client setting, contract, or policy

Compensation depends on experience, availability, service area, shift type, and client-care needs. Premium rates may apply for overnight, live-in, weekend, short-notice, or higher-support assignments. NtongoCARE follows Ontario employment standards, including applicable vacation pay, public holiday pay, overtime, and required payroll deductions.
